The Tough Mudder Half is a 5 mile obstacle course. I will be running this with "Team Sausage" (don't ask) who will be taking part for a variety of charities.
The event is only 2 weeks away so I've set a pretty modest fundraising target in the hope that we can smash it for Theo! xx
